Visit with Legislative Leadership and Represent Your Industry
The WFIA annual “Day at the State Capitol” is open to all members. We visit with key legislative leadership on business and food industry issues. This is an excellent opportunity to hear from legislative leadership speakers, learn more about your local government and the legislative process, represent our industry, and have your voice heard.
2025 is a 105-day legislative session. Our Day at the Capitol is scheduled for February 11. If you want the opportunity to meet with your legislator and talk to them about issues impacting your stores, email Connie Carlson at connie@wafood.org. We will team you up with other members in your district, brief you on current issues, and do our best to schedule a meeting with your legislator.
